KAREN BILLINGSLEY
Karen Sue Billingsley 74, of Rayland, passed away Thursday, December 22, 2022, in East Ohio Regional Hospital. She was born on April 19, 1948, in Wheeling a daughter of the late Charles and Virginia (Davis) Wagner. Karen was a graduate of Marshall University, attended both the Yorkville and Tiltonsville United Methodist Church. She enjoyed dancing and making friends and family laugh.
She is survived by a son, Daniel (Jessica Vittek) Shane; a daughter, Carrie Shane; a stepsister, Dottie Hall; four grandchildren; a great grandchild and many nieces and nephews.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John E. Billingsley; and two sisters, Betty Davidson, and Shirley Whitman.
Services will be held at convenience of the family. Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 102 Main St., Tiltonsville.
