JOSEPH “J.C.” TURRIN
Joseph Charles “J.C.” Turrin, Sr. age 86, of New Philadelphia, passed Thursday, January 12, 2023, as a result of heart failure while in the care of Community Hospice’s Truman House.
He is survived by his wife of more than 50 years, the former Rebecca Weeks whom he married on June 22, 1968, and a sister, Irene Coventry of New Philadelphia.
The family will greet guests on Monday, January 16, 2023, from 4-6 PM in the Linn-Hert-Geib Funeral Home & Crematory at New Philadelphia. Father Jeff Coning will lead a service celebrating Joseph’s life in the funeral home’s chapel on Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at 10:30 AM. Burial will follow in the Calvary Cemetery at New Philadelphia.
