NANNA SCHILLING
Nanna L. Schilling, 80 of Martins Ferry passed away Thursday, January 12, 2023 at the Shadyside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center surrounded by her family. She was born December 10, 1942, the daughter of the late Warren W. and Lillie (Duff) Messerly.
She was a Christian by faith, a graduate of Martins Ferry High School and Ohio Valley School of Nursing.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her siblings; Joann Helling and Charles W. Messerly.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 56 years John Schilling, Jr, children; Johnny Schilling, Nadine (Stephen) Moore, Nannette (Kenneth) Troyan, and Sarah Rust, several grand- children and great- grandchildren, brother; Jim Messerly.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 17, 2023 from 5-7 at the Wilson Funeral Home-Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., and Funeral Service, Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10 am at the Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Zelewicz officiating. Burial to follow at the Holly Memorial Gardens at Pleasant Grove.
