MARILYN KOPYAR
Marilyn Kopyar, 89, of Bellaire, Ohio passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023 at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.
She was born February 24, 1933 in Bellaire, Ohio a daughter of the late Gilbert and Margaret (Foster) Marling.
She was a member of the St. John’s Catholic Church in Bellaire, Ohio and was a business owner and operator for her salon, Marilyn’s Beauty Salon.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Connie Brown.
Marilyn is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Robert “Bob” Kopyar of Bellaire, Ohio; two children, Kelly (Darlene) Kopyar of Rayland, Ohio, Kathy (Rob) Willis of Wheeling, West Virginia; brothers, Richard (Shirley) Marling of Dublin, Ohio, Gilbert “Gib” (Beth) Marling of Amherst, Ohio; grandchildren, Luke (Stef) Kopyar of Cincinnati, Ohio, Ally (Hank) Longworth of Moundsville, West Virginia, Cody (Jenna) Willis of Wheeling, West Virginia, and great grandchildren, Leo, Silas, Sawyer, Eli, and Shiloh.
There will be a private inurnment at Belmont County Memorial Park. Arrangements are entrusted to Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio 43906.
