WALTER “RANDY” PHILLIPS

He was born October 16, 1958, in Bellaire, OH the son of Charles Phillips and the late Alvaretta Phillips.

Randy was a former steel worker at Ormet Corporation and a truck driver who loved working on cars, Nascar racing and was an avid #3 Dale Earnhardt fan.

In addition to his father, survivors include seven children; Eric (Nicole) Phillips, Anna-Marie (Adam) Stupak, Randy (Melissa Welch) Phillips, Jr, Danielle (Kerry,Jr.) Marshall, Donielle (Scott) Carsey, Jennifer (James) Mitchell and Nichole (Trevor) Elder; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and three sisters: Rhonda Hendershot, Teresa Brown and Amy Phillips.

Family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-7pm at Grisell Funeral Home, 1 Ridgecrest Road, Bethlehem/Wheeling where funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00am.

Interment in Jerusalem Cemetery, 51753 E. Main Street, Jerusalem, OH.
