DONALD “SLICK” FROEHLICH
Donald Neil Froehlich “Slick”, 84, of Jerusalem, Oh passed away at his home on Thurs, June 15, 2023. Don was born on June 24, 1938, a son to the late Clem and Trella (Ackerman) Froehlich.
Don retired from Ormet. He was an avid fisherman and hunter. He loved target shooting, truck pulls and bluegrass music.
In addition to his parents, Don was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley (Miller) Froehlich; his siblings, Virginia Hickenbottom, Becky Allar, and Kelly Froehlich.
Surviving are his sons, David (Cindy) Froehlich of Somerton and Jeff (Bonnie) Froehlich of Woodsfield; a grandson, James (Savannah Gibson) Froehlich of Paden City; a granddaughter, Lindsey Froehlich of Colum- bus; and his lady friend, Betty Gabel of Barnesville.
Calling hours will be Mon, June 19, 2023 from 5-8pm at Wilson Funeral Home, Harper Chapel, 52728 Ohio Ave., Beallsville, Oh. Funeral services will be held on Tues, June 20, 2023 at 11am with Minister Colin Morrison officiating. Burial will follow at Jerusalem Cemetery.
