SUSAN WILLIS
Susan Lu Willis, 79, of Salisbury, North Carolina, formerly of the Ohio Valley, passed away Monday, June 5, 2023, at Kiser Hospice House. She was born in Bellaire, Ohio on April 24, 1944
Preceding Susan in death was her maternal grandmother, Blanche Evans (Bellaire, Ohio), mother, Betty Lu Muklewicz (Bellaire, Ohio), father, William Burns (California), stepfather, Walter Muklewicz Sr. (Bellaire, Ohio), sister, Karen Flanery (Youngstown) and former husband, David W. Boles (Wheeling, WV).
Susan is survived by her husband of 36 years, Larry Willis of Salisbury, North Carolina, daughter, Wendy Warren (Adrian) of Statesville NC, son, Christopher Boles (Stacie) of Wheeling, WV; grandchildren, Amanda McCreary (Travis) of Statesville, Leighna Kuehn-Powell (Jesse) of Statesville, Cody Boles of Glen Easton, WV, Stevie Boles (Kyle Reilly) of Wheeling; sister, Elizabeth Blake ( Jim) of Moundsville, WV, brother, Walt Muklewicz (Lucy) of St. Clairsville; grandchildren, Kenzlee McCreary, Amillya Kuehn, Mack McCreary and Watson Powell; several nieces and nephews.
Susan grew up on Pine Alley in Bellaire and graduated from Bellaire High School in 1962 where she was a cheerleader, President of D.E.C.A, and involved in many other school activities.
