CHARLES “C.B.” ROSS

He was born June 5, 1929 in Bellaire, Ohio a son of the late Brooklyn and Esther (Schmidt) Ross.

Charles was a Christian by faith. He was an Army Veteran and was a member of the American Legion Post 52 in Bellaire, a former member of the Sons of Italy, and was the proud owner of the Barn Furniture which he came to own with his father, Brooklyn, in the late 1960’s.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Richard Ross, and sister-in-law, Wilma Ross.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dolly Ross of Bellaire, Ohio; children, Sharon (Paul) McGuire of Virginia, Cindy Kuhn of St. Clairsville, Ohio, Rick Ross of Bellaire, Ohio; stepsons, Darrell (Mary) Ewart of Columbus, Ohio, Greg (Jeannie) Ewart of Franklin, Tennessee; grandchildren, Brian McGuire, Shannon Henry, Allison Manning, Robert Kuhn, CJ Ross, Brendon Ross, Cameron Ross, Darrnell DeFelice, Tito Gasbarre; and two great grandchildren.

There will be a graveside service at Davis Cemetery on Saturday, September 2, 2023 with the Belmont County Veterans at 11:15am and Pastor Bill Marinelli officiating at 11:30am.
