Dorothy Jeffers, 89, of Bethesda, died Sept. 9. She is survived by daughter, Sherry (Bill) Powell, a sister, Geraldine West; grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Visitation at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Wednesday 11 a.m. until service at noon.
