ADA “MARIE” BENNINGTON
Ada “Marie” Bennington, 90, of St. Clairsville was called to her heavenly reward on Friday, October 6, 2023 in St. Clairsville Ohio.
She was born August 30, 1933 in Green County, PA a daughter of the late George and Mary Myrtle (Shultz) Yeager.
Marie was a member of the Emmanuel Baptist Church and was a member of the Red Hat Society. Marie was formerly a caregiver employed by Mark H. Kennedy. Beyond work, she was naturally a giving person. She enjoyed helping others.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Bennington; siblings, Charles Yeager Sr., Betty Wheatley, and Kathryn Bain.
She is survived by her sister, Sylvia (Sue) Daley, and many nieces, nephews, great- nieces, great-nephews and many close friends.
Memorial services will take place Thursday, October 12, 2023 at the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 50470 National Road East, St. Clairsville, Ohio at 10am with Pastor Gary Eller officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in Davis Cemetery, Bellaire Ohio.
