DELORES WORKMAN
Delores Pearl Workman, 89, of Belmont, Ohio passed away on Monday, October 9, 2023, at Wheeling Hospital. She was born August 8, 1934, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Harley and Pearl Hess Mellott.
Delores was a former laundry worker for Belmont Habilitation Center and a Methodist by faith.
Delores enjoyed NASCAR and loved football, especially her Kansas City Chiefs.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Onward Workman, Sr. in 2004; a sister, Betty Phillips.
Surviving are her children, Charles O. (Barb) Workman, Jr. of Bethesda, Ohio, Susan (Charles) Kennedy of Prosperity, Pennsylvania and Pamela (Roy) Dutcher of Jacobsburg, Ohio; grandchildren, Tamera (Robert) Kucera, Sandra Stachyra, Christina (Doug) Farmer, Daniel (Jennifer) Butler, John (Teairia) Cramer, Jr., Melissa (Tim) Whitley, Amanda (Craig) Keiser, Sunny Jo (Brad) Fitch and Dawn (Chris) Cunningham; several great grand- children; three great- great granddaughters; two great-great grandsons; one brother, Harley (Linda) Mellott, Jr. of Jacobsburg, Ohio
Family and friends will be received on Monday at 1:30 pm at Holly Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel for a graveside funeral service with Rev. David St. Aubin officiating. Arrangements entrusted to Toothman Funeral Home.
