BERT COLLETTE, JR.
Bert M. Collette Jr., 83, of Bridgeport passed away Monday, November 27, 2023, at Rolling Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. He was born December 26, 1939, the son of the late Bert and Louis (Assaro) Collette, Sr.
He retired from Marsh Stogies of Wheeling and Ohio Ferro Alloy; he was catholic by faith; he loved to hunt and fish.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Diane H. (McLean) Collette, son Michael (Sheila) Collette, grandchildren, Cody A. Collette, Mikaela (Luke) Fisher, great-grandson, Colten Fisher, siblings, Thomas Collette of Bridgeport, Donna Cook of Martins Ferry and Mary Jo Collette of Florida.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, from 11 till time of service at 1pm at the Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 43912. Pastor Nancy DeStefano will officiate the funeral service, burial to follow at Holly Memorial Garden, Pleasant Grove, OH.
