KELLY RAMSAY
Kelly Beth Ramsay, 62, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, went to be with the Lord, following her courageous battle with cancer.
She was born December 18, 1960, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Dorothy Kriechbaum Otto and Thomas B. Otto.
Kelly was a former waitress and a State Tested Nursing Assistant at Forest Hill and Shadyside Care Cent- ers. She was a member of the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church, the J & C Bunco Club and the Shadyside American Legion Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Roger Ramsay, a brother, Thomas Otto, brother-in-law, Doc Seay and sister- in-law, Donna Crozier.
Kelly is survived by her daughter, Nikki (Dan) Fankhauser; a grandson, Maverick Fankhauser; a sister, Colleen Seay; mother- in-law, Stella Lea Ramsay; sisters-in- law, Beverly (Fred) Greenlee and Terry Otto; brother-in-law, Tom Crozier; nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Rusty Atkinson officiating. The burial will follow in Jacobsburg Cemetery.
