Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Wayne Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
