EDWIN WELLS
Edwin George Wells, 84, of Piney Fork passed away peacefully on November 29, 2023, surrounded by his loving family, at Valley Hospice. He was born December 2, 1938, the son of the late Edwin B. and Helen (Stock) Wells.
Ed was married to his devoted and loving wife, Nancy (Pastre) Wells of 61 years.
Ed retired from Ireland Mine and Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel Corporation. He also served honorably in the US Army.
In addition to his parents, Edwin B. and Helen (Stock) Wells, he was preceded in death by his brother Richard Wells and sister LuAnn Wells.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, Edwin (Elizabeth) Wells, Janice (Ronald) Clark, and Kevin (Lorrie) Wells, 8 grandchildren and 11great-grandchildren.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at St. Adalbert Catholic Church in Dillonvale, OH. The family will receive friends before Mass at 9:30 at the church. Wilson Funeral Home 154 Second St. Dillonvale assisting the family.
