PHILLIP “RICK” SYNOWIEC
Phillip “Rick” Allen Synowiec, 71, of Saint Clairsville, OH passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2024 at the home of his daughter in Wheelersburg, OH. Rick was born September 19, 1952 in Wheeling, WV to the late Bernard Synowiec and Evelyn Miller Synowiec. Rick worked at Wheeling Housing Authority as the Director of Maintenance. In addition to his parents, Rick was preceded in death by a brother, David Synowiec. Rick is survived by his wife, Betty Visnic Synowiec whom he married July 25, 1980 in Wilmington, VA; two daughters, Laura (Brad) Nichol and Stacy (Brad) Warholak and three grandchildren, Quinn, Emery and Reese.
A service will be held on January 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m in the fellowship hall at Thoburn United Methodist Church. 209 East Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950. The service will be followed by a Celebration of Life and a time of sharing stories. Arrangements here have been entrusted to Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg.
