RICHARD BURCH
Richard Joseph Burch, 47, of Neffs, OH passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at his home. He was born December 23, 1976 in Bellaire, OH., a son of Wilbur Cleveland Burch and Cynthia Littleton Swegard.
Richard was a Methodist by faith and enjoyed fishing, bowling and his Dallas Cowboys.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Richard Littleton; Joseph and Lillian Burch; an uncle, Rick Littleton.
Surviving are his parents, Cynthia (Ed) Swegard of Neffs and Wilbur C. Burch of Youngstown, OH; step father, Garry Martin, Jr. of Warnock, OH; siblings, Angela (Jeremy) Usenick of Warnock, Jeremy Burch, Kassandra Swegard, Justin Swegard, Edwin Swegard all of Bellaire and Hayley Piatt of Cambridge, OH; his grandmother, Eleanor Littleton of Bridgeport, OH; two nieces, Kaitlyn and Larissa Usenick; two nephews, Steven and Tylon Swegard.
Family and friends will be received on Tuesday from 9 a.m. until time of funeral services at 12 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Pastor Michelle Lucarelli officiating. Burial will follow in Davis Cemetery, Bellaire.
Memorial contributions may be made to Toothman Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
