PAUL POKAS

Paul was born March 20, 1939, in Bellaire, Ohio. He was the youngest son of the late Nicholas and Spirodoula (Stathulis) Pokas.

Paul was a graduate of The Ohio State University and spent his career as a chemist for Goodyear Tire in Akron, Ohio. He enjoyed watching sporting events, particularly Ohio State Buckeye football.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Willam, Alexander, Calvin, and Goldie Pokas, and his nephew James Pokas.

He is survived by his sister-in-law, Betty Pokas, nephew John (Jane) Pokas, and niece Judy (Duane) Mayles, and great-nephews and nieces. He is also survived by his good friend Phil Arnold of Akron, Ohio.

Interment at the convenience of the family.
