Stephanie Diamond Johnson, 43, of Bridgeport, OH passed away on Thursday, March 7, 2024, at Wheeling Hospital.
She was born August 7, 1980, in Bellaire, OH, a daughter of Joanna and Larry Lee Palmer of Pipe Creek and the late John A. Johnson II.
Stephanie was a former nurses aid and was a Methodist by faith.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Edith and Diamond McKelvey, James and Virginia Palmer; paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Donald Whetstone.
Surviving are her parents, Joanna and Larry Lee Palmer; her husband, Brent Lawrence Kappler of Bridgeport; a step- daughter, Brittney Davis of West Virginia; their children, Kaydence Diamond Kappler and Hayden Lawrence (Layla Ratay) Kappler, both of Bridgeport; her mother-in-law, Patty; a brother, Joshua Johnson; a step-brother, John A Johnson, III; a step-sister, Nikki Hurst.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday from 11 a.m. until time of funeral services at 1 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, OH with Chaplain Kris Bright officiating. Final arrangements will be held at the convenience of family.
