EILEEN FISHER
Eileen T. Fisher, 88, of Bridgeport passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2024. She was born March 30, 1936, in Bellaire, Ohio, daughter of the late John and Noreen (Burke) Connors.
Eileen was a retired RN from East Ohio Regional Hospital, a devout member of St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church Colerain, was a founding member of the church Choir, CWC, and co-owner of Fisher Uniform Center for over 30 years running the business with her husband.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Jack Connors, and Coleman “Buz” Connors, sister, Colleen Owens and infant sister Carol Connors.
Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 66 years, Roger C. Fisher, daughters Julie (Keith) Vrotsos of Alabama, Leslie (Chuck) Coulson of California, grandchildren Dr. Sarah (Dr. James) Jones, Dr. JoAnna Vrotsos, Keith (Lauren) Vrotsos, Alexis and Taylor Coulson, great-grandchild Aurelian Vrotsos and sister, Sally Flowers.
Family and friends will be received Wednesday, May 22, 2024, from 4-7:30 p.m. at Wilson Funeral Home-Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry, OH. Vigil service is at 4 p.m. at the funeral home Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Funeral Liturgy with mass will be celebrated Thursday, May 23, 2024, at 11 a.m. at St. Frances Cabrini Catholic Church, 72581 Colerain Road, Dillonvale, OH, with Fr. Thomas Chillog officiating. Burial to follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
