MAMIE MASTERS
Mamie K. (Doughty) Masters, age 77 of Tiltonsville, OH and a native of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2024 at East Ohio Regional Hospital, Martins Ferry, OH.
She was born November 6, 1946, in Martins Ferry, OH daughter of the late Clifford J. and Mary Katherine Eden Doughty.
Mamie retired from the The Wheeling News Register and Times Leader.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three brothers: James C., Gene and Grover Doughty and two sisters: JoAnn Doughty and Mary Doughty Vinka.
Survivors include her husband: Mark Masters, I; one son: Mark (Gerri) Masters, II; three daughters: Misty (Mark) Touville, Michelle (Steve) Lynch and Annie Marinacci; two brothers: David (Peggy) Doughty and William Doughty; three sisters: Wilma Wilcox, Linda (Mike) Holubeck and Sandy Doughty; 7 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-8pm at the Grisell Funeral Home, 400-33rd Street, Bellaire, OH where funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at 11:00am with Pastor Mark Smith officiating.
Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, OH.
