Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, May 29, 2024, from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Vance Presbyterian Church, 905 National Rd., with a Funeral Service at 1:00 pm. Interment will directly follow at Riverview Cemetery, Martins Ferry, OH.
