BETH BADIA
Beth Badia, 65, of North Baltimore and formerly of Shadyside, OH, died at 12:52 a.m., Thursday, June 20, 2024, at the Bridge Hospice Care Center, Findlay. She was born on June 21, 1958, in Canton, OH to Jack and Mary (Pfleger) Warfield. She married Mark Badia, and they were divorced.
Beth is survived by her sons: Justin Badia of Columbus and Jonathan (Thresa Sell) Badia of Columbus; daughter, Jennifer (Dr. John) Ranker of Findlay; brothers: Tim (Cindy) Warfield of Springfield, OH and Kirk (Jeanie) Warfield of Zoarville, OH; grandchildren: Michael Badia, Jack Ranker, Anthony Ranker and Regina Ranker; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Jack Warfield; an infant son, Joey Badia.
Beth was a 1976 graduate of Union Local High School and Belmont Technical School. She worked for many years as a medical secretary and medical transcriptionist. Beth loved spending time with her grandchildren, reading books and had many fond memories of living on “the farm” in her youth, being at Seneca Lake with her entire family and enjoying Jamboree in the Hills with her girlfriends.
All services will be private. Burial will be in Holly Memorial Gardens, Colerain, OH.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Smith-Crates Funeral Home, North Baltimore.
