MARGARET VANNELLE
Margaret Ellen (Regoli) Vannelle, beloved wife of 63 years to Richard Vannelle, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 16, 2024.
Midge was born one of seven children to the late Ferdinand and Margaret (Bruce) Regoli in Stewartsville, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Viola (Otto) Talbott, brother, Melvin (Ruth Ann) Regoli, brother-in-law, Ron Meager, and daughter, Denise Carman.
Midge was a devoted member of St. John’s Catholic Church, where she served as a Eucharistic Minister, sharing her deep faith and commitment with her fellow parishioners. She was also an active participant in the Sons of Italy Lodge 754 and took great pride in being a part of the Bellaire High School Alumni Association.
Midge worked at Imperial Glass, Columbia Gas, and retired from Duvall’s Drug Store.
Midge’s life was a testament to her unwavering love for her family and her husband, Richard. Her devotion to her loved ones was matched only by her steadfast faith in God, which guided her throughout her life.
She will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her spirit will live on through the many lives she touched.
She is survived by her loving husband, Richard “Dick” Vannelle; children, Richard (Lesley Antonik) Vannelle, Jr., Brenna (Nick) Rocchio, son-in-law, Jeffrey Carman; siblings, Phil (Kathryn) Regoli, Richard (Linda) Regoli, Bernard (Shelley) Regoli, Regina Meager; grandchildren, Nicholas (Brooke) Rocchio, Anthony (Andrea) Rocchio, Paige (Jamie Hawk) Carman, Jenna (Justin) Ash, Jarod Carman, Vanessa Vannelle; great-grand children, Kaisen, Ella, Bodie, Blaze, Alane, Rone, Jaxon; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends are to be received at theBauknecht- Altmeyer Funeral Home, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio on Friday, July 26, 2024 from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm with a ritual service by the Sons of Italy at 7:00 pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. John’s Catholic Church, Bellaire, Ohio on Saturday, July 27, 2024 at 10:00 am with Father Daniel Heusel as Celebrant. Immediate burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
