RICKY “RADAR” HOWARD

Ricky Alan “Radar” Howard, 70, of Rayland, OH passed away on July 7, 2024 surrounded by family. He was born on August 20, 1953 to the late Raymond and Patricia Jean (Digman) Bazar. He was also preceded in death by his brother Hayward Bazar Sr., and sister Janice Bazar. Radar worked for Mr. Bills in Yorkville, OH for 20 plus years making the most fantastic Ribs. He served his country in the Marine Corps, (Vietnam). He leaves behind to cherish his memory four children, Deedra Howard of Martins Ferry, Virginia Howard of Mt. Pleasant, Samantha (Albert) Twardoski of Rayland, and Thomas Howard of Fremont, OH, 16 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren, two brothers Ray Bazar Jr. of Virginia Beach, Chris Bazar of Martins Ferry, two sisters; Melody Donely of Hopedale, and Ramona Fithen of Dillonvale. Friends and family are invited to celebrate Radar’s life on Saturday July 13, at The VFW in Yorkville, OH from 6 to 8 pm with Rev. James Agnew officiating, and full military Honors to follow. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
