TERESA CARNAHAN
Teresa Marie Carnahan, 91, of St. Clairsville, formerly of Colerain, passed away Monday, July 15, 2024, at Park Health Center, St. Clairsville surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 4, 1933, in Bridgeport, a daughter of the late Terence and Mary (Kain) Coyne.
She was a housewife, and a member of St. Frances Cabrini and St. Mary’s Catholic Church.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Frank N. Carnahan in 2001, brothers Jack, Thomas, Terence, and Patrick Coyne, sisters Rita Nolan, Margaret Ann (Sister Rita Claire) Coyne, Mary E. Ireland, Rosaleen Striley, and Virginia, and Lucy Coyne.
Teresa is survived by her daughters Mary (Mark) Ebbert of Adena, Joyce (Frank) Kovalchik of Tiltonsville, Norma (Jack) Fisher of Colerain, and Martha (Tom) Murphy of St. Clairsville, grandchildren Mark (Lindsay) Ebbert Jr, Meghan (Evan) Walker, and Sean (Cloe) Kovalchik, great grandchildren Althea and Scarlet Ebbert.
Friends will be received at the Wilson Funeral Home 920 National Road Brookside on Thursday July 18, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. And on Friday from 9:30 till time of Funeral Liturgy with Mass at10 am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church St. Clairsville, with Fr. Thomas Chillog and Msg. George Coyne as co-celebrants, interment will be in Holly Memorial Gardens Pleasant Grove, Vigil services will be conducted on Thursday at 2 pm at the Funeral Home.
