VIRGINIA DAVIS

Daughter of the late Robert N. Perkins and Frances G.(Wright) Perkins, preceded in death by a brother Phil E. Perkins. Virginia grew up in Shadyside, Ohio and graduated from Shadyside High School (Class of ’45). She earned an associates degree from Freed-Hardeman College. In retirement she resided in Wheeling, WV; Pittsburgh, PA and Savannah, GA.

Virginia worked for the Central Intelligence Agency in Langley, Virginia during the George H.W. Bush administration and later worked for Federal Judge James Edward Seibert in Wheeling, West Virginia.

She is survived by children Richard C. Davis, Miles B. Davis, Emily Ann Davis and Jonathan W. Davis; grandsons, Charles D. Hurst and Joseph Imsand; by nephews Clint Perkins, Robert Perkins and Paul Perkins; and by many grand and great-grand nieces and nephews.
