JOYCE JOHNSTON
Joyce A. Johnston, 83, of Bethesda, passed away on September 3rd, 2024. She was born December 6th, 1940, in Neffs, Ohio to the late William and Helen (Higgins) Reed.
Joyce was a homemaker, loved to paint and play the piano at church. She will be missed by her many friends at Senior Suites. Joyce was a dog lover and deeply missed her dogs Chance, Velvet and Pokey.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, William Bumgardner, second husband, David Johnston and sons David and William Bumgardner. She is survived by brothers Dennis ‘Al’ Reed and William Reed, Jr., and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Bumgardner Martin.
Per Joyce’s wishes, services are private and held at the convenience of the family. Wilson Funeral Home Bethesda Chapel, 322 N. Main Street Bethesda, Ohio 43719 is assisting the family.
