Helen E. Dudek, 96, of Bellaire, OH passed away Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at WVU Medicine Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV.

She was born March 22, 1928, in Benwood, WV a daughter of the late Vincent and Mary (Fusco) Pallisco.

Helen was a member of St. John Catholic Church and a homemaker by trade.

Helen loved to cook, especially gnocchi and meatballs.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Peter Dudek in 2004, a brother, Louis Pallisco, and her sons-inlaw,Pete Garrison and Tom Greenwood.

Surviving are her daughters; Jeannie Garrison of Bellaire Ohio and Diana Greenwood of Smyrna, Georgia, grandchildren; Jon (Jessie) Garrison, BJ (Kim) Garrison, Dawn (Steve) Manko, Wendy (Tom) Mathes, and Shannon (Don) Wade, eight great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren, and two more great-great grandchildren on the way. As well as a niece, Christine (Joe) Sidon and a nephew Steve (Jerry) Pallisco.

Though she is no longer with us, we know that Helen is now cooking in heaven, preparing her signature dishes. She will be dearly missed and fondly remembered by those who had the privilege of experiencing her love and kindness firsthand.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes & Crematory 441 37th Street Bellaire, OH 43906 on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 10 am until time of service at 2pm. Interment following in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Bellaire, Ohio.
