MILLER LOEFFLER

Miller was born in Martins Ferry, resided in Bellaire most of his life and moved to Stow after retirement. He retired from Murray Energy in 2013 after working many years in the coal mines. Miller was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, enjoyed watching football, fishing, coaching football for St. John Central elementary school and above all he loved spending time with his family. He was loved deeply by everyone who knew him and found greatest joy in his role as a grandfather (Papa) to Miller and Cora.

Preceded in death by parents, Oscar and Mary Alice Loeffler; sisters, Mary Johnson, Charlotte Hood, he is survived by his wife of 52 years, Ardath “Ardie” Loeffler; daughter, Christy (Robert) Augustine; Aaron (Samantha) Loeffler; grandchildren, Miller and Cora; twin sister, Evelyn (Keith) Young.

In accordance with Miller’s wishes, no services will be held, and cremation has taken place.
