LILLIAN MORRIS
Lillian Rose Ann Humel Popish Morris, 93, Lansing, Ohio passed away Wednesday February 12,2025 in WVU Wheeling Hospital. She was born November 23, 1931 a daughter of the late Frank and Rose Ann (Kucera) Humel.
She was a graduate from Bridgeport High School Class of 1950, retired from Hart’s Department Store in Wolfurst, Ohio, along with working at other businesses. She enjoyed playing bingo and slot machines along with watching cooking and game shows.
She was preceded in death by her husband Madison Morris of Lansing, Ohio. She was an only child.
Surviving is a son, Roger Allen Popish of Lansing and a daughter, Lovelle (Tim) Donahue of Fredricktown, Ohio. No grandchildren, but plenty of grand “pets” that she loved to see.
The family would like to thank Julie Ogden, a friend that greatly helped us with Mom, Wolfhurst Fire Department, and all her caregivers that helped large small.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, burial to follow at Linwood Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Brookside.
