DELLA ZOLADZ

Della Zoladz, 94, of Yorkville went to join her heavenly father on April 5, 2025, at Cumberland Pointe Care Center. She was born on July 15, 1930, to the late Franklin Ray Moser and Della Morrison Moser.

She was married to Donald Zoladz Sr. on February 3, 1951, who she spent many wonderful years with until his passing in 1992. Along with her husband, she owned and operated Don’s Drive-In in Tiltonsville and Don’s Restaurant and Cafeteria in Brilliant. She then spent numerous years working at The Health Plan in St. Clairsville. Della attended Martins Ferry Church of God where she led singing and played her harmonicas while also taking numerous mission trips to Haiti. She loved spending time with her only son Donnie and treasured spending time with her family. You could always count on her having her camera and she never let you leave until she took your picture.

In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband Donald Zoladz Sr., her son Donald Zoladz Jr. and her siblings, Mary Moser, Carl Moser, Harold Moser, Lowery Moser, Elizabeth Phillips, Lawrence Moser, Hazel Jones, Ray Moser, Michael Moser, Delbert Moser, Martha Freed, and John Moser.

She is survived by her sister Alice Moser of Bridgeport, WV, three grandchildren Michelle Carver (Chris Carver) of Mansfield, OH, Brad Zoladz of Morgantown, WV, and Dawn Davis of Tiltonsville, OH; nine great-grandchildren Kimberly Carver, Ashley Carver, Christopher Carver, Courtney Carver, Jessica Zoladz, Haley Zoladz, Natalie Davis, Braxton Proctor, and Colton Davis; four great-great grandchildren Peyton Roberts, Jayvion Dillon, Avery Bradley and Mykel Brown; and one daughter-in-law Janet Zoladz of Pittsburgh, PA.

The family will receive friends at Wilson Funeral Home, 920 National Rd., Bridgeport, OH 439312 on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 4pm to 8pm and again on Thursday April 10, 2025, at 10am, with the service starting at 11am. Officiating the funeral service is her grandson, Brad Zoladz. Burial will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove.
