Arthur C. Wells, of Mingo Junction, OH, lovingly known as “Art” to those closest to him, passed away peacefully on June 13, 2025 at the age of 78 in Weirton, WV after a hard fought battle with several illnesses.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday June 18, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home at 107 Hill St. in Smithfield, OH followed by Military Honors at 1 p.m., presented by the Yorkville VFW, and a funeral service by Reverend Mark Click. www.jefosterfh.com
