Thomas David Moore, 87, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away Monday, June 16th, 2025.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Keller Funeral Home, 615 Hanover Street, Martins Ferry, where friends will be received Sunday from 6 to 8 pm.
Funeral service will be held Monday June 23, 2025 at the funeral home at 10:30 am. with Anissa Picard officiating.
Interment will follow at Holly Memorial Gardens, Pleasant Grove, OH.
Military Honors by the Belmont Co. Veterans Association will be given at the cemetery Monday at 12 noon.
