Barbara Anne Kemp, 77, of St. Clairsville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at East Liverpool City Hospital. Barb was born January 21, 1948 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late George Frederick and Julia Vrba Tottka.
Barb was retired from Bob Evans Restaurant, TJ Maxx, Hills Department Store and a sales person for Bath Fitters and a member of the Calvary Presbyterian Church in St. Clairsville.
She enjoyed crocheting and kept a diary for 50 years.
Surviving are her children, Jennifer (Gary) Matusik of Bellaire, Rhonda (Derrick) Beck of Manassas, Virginia and Brian (Stacey) Kemp of Green Forest, Arkansas; three granddaughters, Aubrey Kemp, Micheala Chaney and Emma Foster; six great grandchildren; a sister, Mary Jane Tottka of Wintersville, Ohio; a brother, George (Diana) Tottka of St. Clairsville.
Family and friends will be received on Friday from 12 pm until time of funeral services at 2 pm at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville with Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating. Burial will follow in New Greenwood Cemetery, Bellaire.
