Pandora Jean Neuhart, 73 of Woodsfield passed away September 29, 2025 at her home. A Celebration of Life will be held Friday October 17th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. with the Memorial Service starting at 12:00 noon at Bauer-Turner Funeral Home 100 S. Paul St. Woodsfield, Ohio.
