PHYLLIS M. BELL
Phyllis Porter Bell, 89, of Shadyside, died November 21st. Surviving are three children, Barbara (Todd) Ankrom, Beth (William) Doyle, and Brad (Denise) Bell; brother, Richard (Barbara) Porter; five grandchildren, Hunter Ankrom, Fallon (Sean) Clemons, Mannix Doyle, Macrae Doyle, and Ashton Bell; great granddaughter, Brinley Ankrom; nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville, Tuesday, 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12 p.m.
