Shirrel Czap, 88, of Martins Ferry Ohio, passed away peacefully on November 9, 2025, at her home.
Born on June 24, 1937, in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Martin ‘Marty’ and Bess Smith Kadlic.
Throughout her life, Shirrel dedicated herself to a career in banking, where she garnered respect and admiration from colleagues and clients alike.
In addition to her parents, Shirrel was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Julius ‘Zip’ Zap on March 24, 2020.
Survivors include her sister Karol (John ‘Buck’) Wiggins,step daughter Debbie Czap, niece Kari Wiggins, nephews, Mike (Rebecca) Wiggins and Troy Wiggins. As well as great niece Reagan and great nephew Cameron.
Family and friends will be received at CARE Funeral and Cremation Specialists, 204 West Main Street, St. Clairsville Ohio on Friday November 14, 2025 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday November 15, 2025 at 11am. Interment to immediately follow in Belmont Memorial Park, St. Clairsville Ohio.
