KAY WILLIAMS
Cynthia “Kay” Williams, 75, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, passed away Friday, January 9, 2026, at the Continuous Care Center of Wheeling Hospital.
She was born May 7, 1950, in Canton, Ohio, daughter of the late Robert and Carolyn Highman Love.
Kay was a retired licensed practical nurse at Wheeling Hospital. Her greatest joy was her family, especially her grandchildren. Kay also cherished her friendships throughout life, and she was an avid reader.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William “Bill” John Williams in 2024; grandson, Caleb Heath; sister, Sheryl Smith; and brother, David Love.
She is survived by her children, Karina (Don) Heath, Billie Williams, and David Williams; seven grandchildren, Donnie, Daniel, and Dustin Heath, Zachary and Wesley Clary, and Gracelyn and David Williams Jr.; and several nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Friday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Toothman Funeral Home, Jacobsburg, where funeral services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. with Pastor Joel Traylor officiating. Burial will follow in Powhatan Cemetery.
