BILL CARPENTER
Bill Carpenter of Rayland, Ohio passed away peacefully at his home on November 20, 2025. Bill wished to be cremated and a celebration of life will take place at Start LLC 797 Cool Springs Road Mingo Junction Ohio 43938 on June 6, 2026 at 12:00PM.
Bill leaves behind his two sons and grandchildren: David (Christina), Ryan (23) and Rachel (18) and Michael (Janis), Lydia (20), Kyle (19) and Kalyn (17). He is also survived by his siblings Tom (Lene) Carpenter, Iris Bauer and Lena Carpenter, and their families, as well as many cousins and friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents William and Geraldine Carpenter.
