ROGER LEE BROWN

Born on October 15, 1944, in Bellaire, Ohio, a son of the late Clyde Hayes Brown and Dellas Burge Brown.

He served as a Director of A.B.A.T.E for a decade. For 28 years, Roger brought joy to children as Santa through the Bikers for Santa’s Kids program.

He was also a Life Member of the Powhatan VFW. Additionally, Roger was a respected member of the Shadyside American Legion

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughters Jeanette and Shawna Brown, granddaughter Alexa Orndorff, and brothers, Wayne L. Brown, Gary D. Brown and Terry Brown

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Kenney Brown, children; Randy Lee (Rebecca) Orndorff of Moundsville WV, and Jason Michael Orndorff of Orlando FL, Grandson; Mason Orndorff and sister Dena Brown of Bethesda, OH.

Family and friends will be received at the Bauknecht Altmeyer Funeral Home and Crematory, 3900 Central Avenue Shadyside on Saturday February 7, 2026 from 10am until time of service at 1pm. Private inurnment will be at the convenience of the family.
