WILLIAM MYERS

He was born on March 17, 1969, in Geauga Co., OH, to William Myers Sr and the late Patricia Doughty Tomisin.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his father, Robert Tomisin and his grandparents, Howard P Myers, Raymond Doughty, Luke Tomisin and Betty Tomisin.

“Wild Bill” was employed with Titan Energy Transportation, out of Sardis, OH. He loved riding his Harley-Davidson Street Glide and was the President of the VFW Ohio Riders Post 4811.

In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Melissa Meeker; two sons, Harley Phillips (Ashley Scarberry) and Haydan Phillips; his daughter, Hayleigh Phillips; his brother, William L. Tomisin; his sister, Vicki Mazeska; four uncles, Howard, George, Tom and Charlie Myers; four aunts, Marilyn Stiver, Brenda Furry, Shawn Verardi and Larai Doughty; two grandmothers, Helen Myers and Hannah Doughty; brother in-law, Dewayne E, (Jess) Meeker; sister in-law, Amanda Meeker (ED Nolan); father and mother in-law, Dewayne and Susan Meeker; 2 nieces, Victoria Hauser and Kierstyn Czuchran; granddaughter, Layla Eddy and grandson Harley Phillips Jr.

Friends will be received to pay tribute to “Wild Bill” and celebrate his life on Friday, February 27th, from 1-3 pm and 5 pm until the time of services of 7:30 pm, at the Borkoski Funeral Home, Tiltonsville, OH.

Funeral services will be conducted by Reverend Marvin Schooler and Full Military Services will be immediately following with the Yorkville VFW Post 4811.
