Denver Keith Hoops, 75, of Flushing, Ohio, died April 12, 2026.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in St. Clairsville, Ohio, where services will begin at 1 p.m. on Thursday.
Belmont County Veterans Association will conduct Full Military Honors on Thursday at 1 p.m.
