Donald "Porter" "Slim" Myers, 86, of St. Clairsville, died April 14th. Memorial visitation will be Sunday, April 26th at Toothman Funeral Home, St. Clairsville from 2 p.m. to time of Military Honors at 3 p.m., conducted by the Belmont County Veterans Association. Celebration of life will continue at the Neffs American Legion 5 to 8 p.m.
