MARGARET ROMICK
Margaret Anne Romick, 89, of Matins Ferry, passed away Friday, April 17, 2026, in her residence. She was born on July 23, 1936, a daughter of the late William and Pearl (Crooks) Romick. Margaret was a member of the First Baptist Church where she enjoyed working with Food and Fellowship. She worked as an accountant for the United Methodist Counsel of Churches in New York. Margaret was an avid animal lover and was involved with the local Animal Shelter.
She is survived by her sister, Phyllis L. Ogden; a brother, Richard Romick; a son, Jeffrey; and many nieces and nephews.
Margaret was preceded in death by four brothers, Raymond, Robert, William, and Harold Romick; two sisters, Dolores Martin and Shirley Romick.
Friends may call Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11 am in the funeral home with Pastor Larry Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
