Doris Jean Misenhelder Watkins, 93, of Martins Ferry, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on September 17, 2026. Friends may call Tuesday from 11-1 in the Wilson Funeral Home, Heslop Chapel, 415 Walnut St., Martins Ferry. Funeral will be held Tuesday in the funeral home at 1 p.m. with Reverend Rod Kasler officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery.
