Jack William Sechrest Jr., 81, of Bellaire, Ohio, passed away August 31, 2026.
He was a United States Army veteran and worked in maintenance at Bellaire City Hospital for over 40 years.
Jack was a quiet, hardworking man who loved his family, his home and yard, animals, cooking, HAM radio, war documentaries and westerns. He was known for being able to fix almost anything and was a devoted provider for his family.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy; daughters Tiffany Sechrest (Eric Eberts) and Marcie Sechrest; and brother Charles Sechrest. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack Sr. and Martha Sechrest, and brother David Sechrest.
Family and friends will be recieved the Bauknecht-Altmeyer Funeral Homes and Crematory, 441 37th Street, Bellaire, Ohio, on Friday, September 4, 2026 from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 1 p.m. Interment will immediately follow in Belmont Memorial Park, St. Clairsville, Ohio.
