After a long and courageous battle with cancer Raymond Lamar Clemons, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio, November 27, 1954 has passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2026.
He is survived by his two sons Lamar and Lowell Clemons; his grandson Ethan Clemons and brother Richard Clemons.
He lived the life of an artist and his work can still be seen in murals throughout Belmont County.
He was a devoted Christian of the Presbyterian Church. He will be missed by his family and all who had the good fortune to call him a friend.
Raymond’s family will receive friends on Monday, November 9, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 12 Noon at the Cotner Funeral Home, 7369 E. Main St. Reynoldsburg, Ohio where his funeral service will be held at 12 Noon with Pastor John Ennis officiating. Interment to follow at Glen Rest Memorial Estate. www.cotnerfuneralhome.com
