Frank Richard Dubiel, 75, of Lafferty Ohio passed away peacefully on July 9, 2025, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia. Born on July 20, 1949, a son of the late John T. and Matilda A. Mack Dubiel. Frank spent his career as a coal miner with the Ohio Valley Coal Company at #6 coal mine, where he was known for his hard work and commitment to his colleagues. His love for the land extended beyond his profession, as he was an avid fisherman. Letha “Lee” Ekstrom, 98, of Martins Ferry, OH, passed away, Sunday, July 6, 2025, at her home. She was born on November 25, 1926, in Bellaire, OH, to the late Richard and Goldie (Sutton) Kinder. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Ekstrom; two granddaughters, Jennifer Hunker and Lianne Posgai; two brothers and five sisters.
