Cynthia Lou “Cindy” Funkhouser, 69, of Belmont Ohio passed away on Monday, April 21, 2025 at Wheeling Hospital. She was born May 30, 1955 in Bellaire, Ohio, a daughter of the late Clarence Guy “Bud” and Mary Lou Day Baker, Jr. Cindy was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, needlepoint and being outside enjoying mother nature. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Danny Jo Baker and Bruce Alan Baker.
